Data used by BulkLane

BulkLane processes your shop domain, shop name, currency, time zone, product and variant data, collection membership, editing rules, task results, and subscription status. Shopify authentication may provide account identifiers and contact details stored with the installation session. BulkLane does not request customer, order, inventory or theme data.

Purpose

We use this data to authenticate your installation, prepare and execute approved catalog edits, check subscription access and allowances, show results, and support conditional restoration. Product changes are sent to Shopify through its Admin API.

Retention and access

Field snapshots are retained for up to 30 days, and task summaries for up to 90 days. Installation credentials are removed on uninstall. Shopify shop-redaction requests remove the shop’s stored application data. Active configuration and subscription usage records are retained while needed to provide the service.

Your choices

You can pause recurring workflows, cancel remaining task work, download task results, or uninstall through Shopify. To request access to or deletion of your stored app data, contact [email protected] with your shop domain. We will verify ownership before handling a request.
